The Project That Never Ends

Today I went to my mom's to help her clean out her freezers. (Not a fun task to begin with). It was an interesting job with Josh in the pack 'n play throwing toys onto the driveway and mom and I getting water EVERYWHERE while trying to defrost the freezers. We got the upright, flat and fridge freezers cleaned and found that some of the frozen raspberries were drying out. We went inside and started making raspberry freezer jam. 8 batches later we finished up for the night (with at least enough to do 4 more batches). Unfortunately, while preparing the raspberries we found that we had a lot of juice left over. Any idea what this means..........raspberry jelly awaits us! Poor Josh was SO tired by the time we left. This seriously is the project that never ends. I will have to take a pictures of the "fruits" of our labors. Way too tired to do that tonight!

Sounds like a long but productive day. It is a good thing you saved those raspberries. They are too precious to lose :) I am done with work now so if you want me to watch Josh if you finish up during the week, I think I am available. Just let me know.

Hmmm... I almost never wish I wasn't there with everyone, but this MIGHT be one time!

I hope Josh didn't get left out on the driveway in his pack in play while you did all your fun things. JK
You are so good at doing cool things like that I need to learn
